Zhongshan Lianke Youpin Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Nuvoriaxn, is the seller of record for purchases made at nuvoriaxn.com. These Terms explain the conditions for ordering products. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Ordering and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Check the product description, selected options, quantity, delivery address and final total before submitting payment.

An automatic order receipt acknowledges that we received your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If payment is collected before acceptance, that collection does not remove your cancellation rights. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund all sums collected for the unfulfilled order, including its shipping fee and applicable tax. We may decline orders for genuine stock, payment, delivery-area or fraud-prevention reasons, subject to applicable law.

Pricing and payment

Prices and charges are in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods appear at checkout. The checkout total shows merchandise, discounts, shipping and applicable sales tax before you pay. Standard shipping is US$5.99 below US$49.00 and free at US$49.00 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or shipping. We cover import duties and customs clearance charges for supported U.S. destinations. Your bank may independently charge currency conversion or other account fees under its agreement with you.

If a material price or product error is identified, we will explain it and offer correction with your agreement or cancellation for a full refund. We do not charge a higher corrected price without consent.

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery is available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside this area.

Orders ship internationally from fulfillment facilities in China. Processing takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard transit takes an estimated 7-12 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 8-15 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. There is no expedited service. We email tracking after dispatch; the first scan may take 1-3 business days.

If dispatch cannot occur within the stated processing period, we provide a revised dispatch date and offer cancellation for a full refund. We obtain agreement to delays as required by law. Contact us for stalled, overdue, lost or damaged shipments, including parcels marked delivered but not received. We investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy rather than automatically transferring responsibility to you when the carrier receives the parcel.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation and order changes are available before dispatch. Contact service@nuvoriaxn.com immediately with your order number. There is no cancellation fee. A cancelled order receives a full refund, including shipping and applicable tax. After dispatch, follow the Return Policy. Address changes after dispatch depend on carrier feasibility and are not guaranteed.

Returns and remedies

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send an approved return within 14 calendar days after approval. Change-of-mind returns require unused, unworn and unwashed items with original tags, accessories and packaging where supplied. Any exclusions for personalized or made-to-order items, gift cards or opened sealed hygiene-sensitive products must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Ordinary sale items remain subject to the standard return conditions. Faulty, damaged, incorrect and materially misdescribed items retain applicable remedies regardless of a change-of-mind exclusion.

The return warehouse is in China, and support provides its full address after approval. Do not use the registered business address as a return address. You pay tracked international return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return costs for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We charge no restocking fee. Original US$5.99 shipping, if paid, is not refunded for change-of-mind returns except where law requires otherwise. No original shipping cost is deducted retrospectively from a qualifying free-shipping order. Refunds for seller error include applicable shipping and tax as described in the Return Policy.

Refund processing

Returns are inspected within 3 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to display the credit. Cancellation refunds and refunds approved without a return follow the same issue and posting periods. Where a mandatory legal deadline requires faster action, we comply with that deadline.

Consumer protection and disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, lawful payment disputes or remedies for goods that do not conform to their description. The laws of the People's Republic of China govern these Terms, without depriving U.S. consumers of mandatory protections under applicable federal or state law. Please contact us to seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, except where mandatory law permits or requires a different forum, including your local courts. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights is imposed.

Policy changes and priority

The policies in effect when your order is accepted govern that order. Later revisions do not reduce existing rights retroactively. These Terms control purchase-specific matters over conflicting general website-use terms, always subject to mandatory law. The Shipping Policy and Return Policy provide the detailed delivery and after-sales procedures.
