Seller and delivery area

Nuvoriaxn is operated by Zhongshan Lianke Youpin Technology Co., Ltd., the seller of record for purchases made at nuvoriaxn.com.

We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside this service area.

Fulfillment origin and timing

Orders are fulfilled through facilities in China and shipped internationally to the United States. We do not describe these shipments as U.S. domestic fulfillment.

Processing: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard transit: an estimated 7-12 business days after dispatch.

Estimated total: 8-15 business days from payment confirmation to delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. No additional production period is included for standard listed items. We do not accept made-to-order orders with a different production schedule unless a separate schedule is clearly disclosed before purchase. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier disruptions can affect arrival dates; we will assist with affected orders.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised dispatch date and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will not hold an unshipped delayed order indefinitely without the consent required by applicable law.

Taxes and import charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. We cover import duties and customs clearance charges for supported U.S. destinations, so customers are not required to make an additional import payment upon delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact service@nuvoriaxn.com before paying so we can resolve it.

Tracking and multiple parcels

After dispatch, we email a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Allow 1-3 business days for the first carrier scan. If items ship separately, we provide tracking for each parcel without charging extra shipping beyond the amount agreed at checkout.

Delivery problems

Contact us if tracking has not changed for 7 business days, the estimated delivery period has passed, a parcel is damaged or missing, or tracking says delivered but you have not received it. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund if the parcel is lost or delivery fails for reasons not attributable to you. A delivered scan alone is not a sufficient reason to automatically refuse assistance. We do not transfer all delivery responsibility to the customer when a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Address corrections and unsuccessful delivery

Review your shipping address before payment. Cancellation and address changes are available before dispatch; contact us immediately. After dispatch, we can request a carrier correction but cannot guarantee it. If an incorrect address or failure to collect a parcel causes it to be returned, we will explain available redelivery or refund options and any documented carrier costs before you agree to them. Costs caused by our error are covered by us. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Related returns and refunds

Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days after delivery and dispatch approved returns within 14 calendar days after approval. The return warehouse is in China. Our Return Policy explains return postage, inspection and refund arrangements. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval; payment providers may take an additional 5-10 business days to display the credit.
